First of all, the customer needs an accurate encoder to smooth the movement of the motor,
The voltage used by the customer's lawn mower is not conventional, generally 48V or 72V voltage is used, and the customer needs 87VDC
Due to the outdoor operation, the customer needs the motor to reach the corresponding protection level IP65.
The customer needs a precise encoder to smooth the movement of the motor, and the pulse number of the encoder required by the customer is 2048PPR. I finally recommend the optical encoder to the customer, because of the advantages of the optical encoder: small size, precision, and its own resolution can be very high. No contact and no wear; the same product can detect angular displacement and linear displacement with the help of a mechanical conversion device; multi-turn photoelectric absolute encoder can detect a long range of linear displacement (such as 25-bit multi-turn). Long lifespan, free installation, rich interface forms. Mature technology has been widely used at home and abroad many years ago.
The voltage required by the customer is 96V, generally our conventional voltage is 48V or 72V, but by adjusting the corresponding parameters of the motor, to achieve the customer's requirements of 86V
The motor itself does not come with protection grade, but considering the actual needs of customers, we add additional protection measures on the basis of the original housing without opening the mold so that it can reach the protection class of IP65 as required by customers.
After the quotation, the customer was very satisfied with our service level and finally chose us to sample two units first for testing, and after a long time, they were able to use them on their products. Later the customer decided to purchase 1000 units first to see the trial order.
