First of all, motors will be used for a long time continuously as one time.But only e used 4 months in one year.
The voltage used by the customer’s planter is not conventional, generally using 48V or 72V voltage.What customer need is 96vDC
Because of the outdoor operation, customers need the motor to reach the corresponding protection class IP65.
Because the customer's use of long time, will generate a lot of heat, the original 110mm can meet the customer's data requirements, but because of the heat problem, taking into account the customer only need to use four months a year, replace the brushless is not cost-effective, and finally choose to increase the size, using 130mm brush motor.
The voltage required by the customer is 96V, generally our conventional voltage is 48V or 72V, but by adjusting the corresponding parameters of the motor, to achieve the customer's requirements of 96V
The motor itself does not come with protection grade, but considering the actual needs of customers, we add additional protection measures on the basis of the original housing without opening the mold so that it can reach the protection class of IP65 as required by customers.
After the quotation, the customer was very satisfied with our service level and finally chose us to sample two units first for testing, and after a long time, they were able to use them on their products. Later the customer decided to purchase 100 units first to see the trial order.
