This product will be aimed at mid-to-high-end consumers who pay attention to quality of life, and it is planned to be launched in the European market.
In particular, the customer wanted the hair dryer to have the following characteristics: high performance, low power consumption, low noise, long life, and the ability to support intelligent adjustment.
Project challenges
1. High performance requirements: It is necessary to achieve a balance between high wind speed and low energy consumption, while maintaining the stability of long-term continuous operation.
2. Silent control: The customer requires noise control to be at the leading level in the industry, especially to maintain low noise when running at high speed.
3. Volume limitations: The internal space of the hair dryer is limited, and the motor needs to be compact but powerful.
4. Reliability test: The new product needs to meet the standards of long life and high reliability, and pass the strict EU safety certification.
5. Short development cycle: The market competition is fierce, and the products need to be designed, produced and marketed within a limited time.

The high-efficiency brushless DC motor with a maximum speed of 120,000 RPM produces a strong and stable wind speed, which significantly improves the drying efficiency.
Through the high-precision magnetic circuit design and optimized blade structure, higher air pressure and air volume output can be achieved to meet the needs of fast drying.
The brushless structure of the motor reduces the energy loss caused by the friction of the carbon brush, and the overall efficiency is increased by about 30%.
In terms of noise control, through the introduction of dynamic balancing technology and optimized ventilation design, the operating noise is reduced to 62 decibels, which is better than the industry average
The integrated adjustable digital control system supports precise adjustment of 3 levels of wind speed and 4 levels of temperature.
Combined with a temperature-controlled sensor and overheat protection, excessive temperatures prevent hair from being damaged by excessive temperatures.
The brushless design of the motor effectively reduces the wear of components, and the service life can reach 10,000 hours, which is much higher than that of traditional brushed motors.
Through multiple reliability tests such as high temperature, high humidity, and impact resistance, it ensures that the product can adapt to a variety of use environments.
Adjust the shape of the motor and the mounting interface according to the customer's needs, and perfectly adapt to the internal structure of the hair dryer.
The modular design is available for subsequent upgrades or adjustments to other functional modules.
