Real case 1: 16000rpm High Speed Cutting Machine

• Background:

In the early 90's, with the reform and opening up of China's textile industry, there was an urgent need for a new type of fabric cutting machine to improve production efficiency, then Mr. Xue approached us to develop and produce a motor with long life and low noise. They had previously cooperate with several suppliers, but the immaturity of the technology had always led to problems such as motors that burned easily, short life, high noise and high current.

• Challenge:

With such a high speed,16000rpm,as machine will be used by manual. The body temperature of the motor should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius and should not get hot 、low noise、lifespan、low current、no vibration；

• Creative Progress:

In the early stage of product development, our founders and technical engineers spent more than a month in the customer's factory to study the working principle and requirements of the product, and continuously improve the structural design of the motor according to the requirements put forward by the customer. Through five repeated samples and tests, new methods were adopted to solve the problems faced by the customer

Our customers are very satisfied when they receive our motors. They put the motors into the market with their products and got very good feedback from the market. We have developed 15 more motors of this type in succession. Now this customer is a leading manufacturer in the fabric cutting machine industry in China. Cooperation from 1995 to now, both our customer and us believe that we will have more 30 years of cooperation . AS motor is a very important component of machine, just like the human heart. Real Case 2: 40V Cordless Lifting Equipment

In 2018, our client came to us through Alibaba. They are a large leading company in the manufacturing of housing related equipment in US, with a yearly output value of about $80million. They are developing a new cordless lifting device. Through the combination of remote control and battery, this lifting device can be used anywhere to transport anything from the ground to the roof, which will completely solve the unsafe and inefficient manual transportation. When they found us, the project had been developing for two years, but they had not found a suitable motor, the torque required by the motor was always unable to reach, and the power consumption of the battery was very high.

The client signed a confidentiality agreement with us and directly sent us their complete R & D documents of the whole product. When we received the R & D documents from our client, our technical team immediately held a meeting and conducted a detailed study on the design of their entire product.

• Challenge:

Their current battery voltage is 40V, while the motors they purchased before were 48V, and the motor type was wrong, which caused the mismatch between the motor voltage and the battery voltage, resulting in low efficiency of the motor and high battery loss. Therefore, we directly helped them customize the 40V motor voltage to ensure that the motor voltage and the battery voltage can match well. At the same time, we redesigned the rotor gap structure inside the motor to ensure the high performance and efficiency of the motor. So, the motor is more energy-saving than others when they reach same power. Besides, we also helped our client match the motor with electromagnetic brake and reducer, to ensure that they do not need to purchase again, which can save the labor cost of purchasing and parts assembly. We provide our client with a complete motor solution: electromagnetic brake + brushless DC motor + planetary gearbox.

• Create Progress:

Ben was very satisfied with the solution we proposed. He and 3 of their technical team, immediately came to China from the United States to visit our company and learn about our quality control of products.

After receiving our samples, they had a 2 month-continuous load test and finally they were very satisfied with the quality and performance of our complete motor products. Ben told us their products has been sucessfully put on the market half a year in advance, and very appreciate our professionalism. 

Real case 3: Low Cost Small Sized Portable Coffee Machine

• Background:

The client found us through Google in 2019 , they are a creativity company. Their aim was create a convenient coffee maker portable for their customers. At that time, the market was full of larger coffee machines and they were more expensive. The client wanted to develop a simple coffee machine that could be carried around for people who like coffee and are concerned about quality of life, and they wanted the new coffee machine to have a better taste and not waste coffee. The motor is one of the core components of the machine, and the client hope we can work with them to develop a motor that would meet their demand.

• Challenge:

What they need：110V/ 220V AC Universal Planetery Gear Motor , Cost Less than USD20, Size less than 60mm, high speed,low noise,, Low current to save the energy, Install EMC and Overheat protector, Power supply must be alternating current

In the initial stage, we first provided two solutions to the client. The first solution is a DC brush motor, which can fully meet the requirements of the client's parameter requirement.However, due to the DC power, this solution was quickly rejected by the client. We also provided a second solution to the client, using a high speed AC motor + gearbox model,this can meet the requirements of the AC power, the motor parameter will totally meet client’s demand. The volume is smaller and more convenient, in line with the complete design of the client.This is a successful OEM coffee machine.

• Create Progress:

After 4 times of repeated testing of samples, the quality of products fully meet the requirements.Now officially enter the cooperation period!
