DIFFICULTY

1. The space reserved for the motor inside the customer's robot is very small. Under the condition of a smaller motor diameter, the motor needs to meet the customer's high power (800W) and high torque (100Nm) requirements.

2. Motor products need to meet high service life and no sparks during operation

3. The protection level of the motor needs to be IP68

SOLUTION

1. We use a brushless planetary geared motor. On the premise of meeting customer data, we re-open the motor shell and internal main parts to ensure that the motor can fully meet the internal dimensions of the product, and the motor protection level can reach IP68

2. Because customers are worried about product life and sparks, we use brushless planetary geared motors to ensure the life of the motor and ensure that there will be no sparks when the motor is running

FOLLOW-UP

After receiving our samples, the customer conducted a half-month test, and carried out a load test on the power, torque, smoothness, and noise of the motor. The customer feedback motor power and other data meet the requirements.
