BG Motor uses a fully automatic winding machine to ensure that the windings are tightly arranged, reducing energy loss and improving motor efficiency and durability.

Place the wrapped copper wires in turn.

The copper wire is embedded in the stator core through the hydraulic press to ensure the uniformity of the winding, optimize thermal management, and effectively avoid loosening or displacement of the winding.

Assemble the gearbox.

The motor and gearbox are loaded into the drum, and the no-load test is carried out first. Ensure normal start under no load condition, detect smooth operation, verify noise, motor temperature rise, etc., only products with no load will enter the next step of the procedure.

Screw assembly is a key process, which directly affects the transmission accuracy, load capacity and operation stability of the motor.

The high-precision assembly process is adopted to ensure the coaxiality of the screw rod and the motor, reduce friction and improve the transmission efficiency.

Optimize the thread structure, reduce the coefficient of friction, make the motor run more smoothly, and reduce mechanical wear.

Finally, the screw rod is assembled, and the motor is sealed and assembled to ensure that the motor has the ability of waterproof, dustproof, moisture-proof, etc., and is suitable for outdoor, home and other environments, and meets the IP65 protection level

Test the core parameters of the motor such as voltage, current, and power to ensure that it meets customer requirements.

The finished tubular motor will simulate the high-load, high-frequency operation environment to ensure that the motor can run stably for a long time, with a life of up to 100,000 hours+.
