Note: the motor torque required by the customer is very large, and there are strict requirements for the size of the motor, and there are many installation holes required for the front end cover, so the mechanical strength of the front end cover must be considered; It can not only meet the torque but also meet the dimensional requirements.
Our entire technical team had three meetings with the customer team in the United States. Considering the use of the whole AGV car, the weight of the actual goods to be borne and the running time, and the raw materials required for the motor and reducer, we had a very detailed communication with them!
1. As for the front-end cover, in addition to the installation holes, 12 additional installation holes are added. Our design is to thicken the plate of the whole front end cover to 29mm (usually the thickness of the motor front end cover is 12mm, which is equivalent to all the internal dimensions of the whole front end cover that need to be changed);
2. Due to the use characteristics of the AGV trolley, the instantaneous use torque of the motor is very large, and the output shaft should be strong enough; We use the best hardness material for the motor output shaft, and the quenching process ensures the hardness of the motor output shaft; The winding structure and pole number inside the motor are optimized and adjusted, and verified repeatedly to ensure sufficient instantaneous torque;
3. Because AGV trolley is used in combination with battery, high efficiency is very important for motor, so it will test the service efficiency of the motor and the coordination of all parts of the rotor, stator, bearing, shell, and reducer; Therefore, strict requirements are designed for the tolerance dimensions of all parts to ensure the high standard of parts and make the efficiency of the motor reach eff1;
4. In the beginning, the customer wants to install an encoder on the motor. Through our internal design optimization, the motor is equipped with a Hall sensor. The customer can directly control the running speed of the motor through the driver and remove the encoder, which can not only achieve the use function but also save the cost.
5. The gear of the reduction gearbox adopts the gear with metal hobbing, and the lubricating oil of the reduction gearbox adopts the lubricating oil with relatively high grade, which solves the noise problem of the reduction gearbox well;
