A family in Milan, Italy, planned to upgrade their living room intelligently and install an automatic curtain system to improve home comfort and quality of life. The customer's curtains were more than 4 meters wide, with thickened blackout fabrics and a total weight of nearly 50 kilograms. The customer wanted the system to be quiet and smooth, but also compatible with smart home systems such as Google Home and Alexa, remotely controllable, waterproof and moisture-resistant, and suitable for wet environments near floor-to-ceiling windows.
